The first step we here at Charity Realty would
like you to take is to find out what price house you can comfortably
afford. This step will pre-qualify you for the loan you take
out to purchase your new home. By taking this step with a qualified
lender in advance, it enables buyer (yourself) to profit by
being able to move quickly on a home that you place a bid on,
and it enables the seller to confidently deal with the buyer.
Being pre-qualified tells the seller you are serious about buying
because you have taken the necessary steps to show you are capable
of financing the house you want.You may pre-qualify for your
loan online, quickly and easily through our Mortgage Center.
